As a Product Operations Associate, you’ll own and optimize the systems that power everything—from customer journeys to internal analytics. RESPONSIBILITIES

Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM (Sales Hub and Service Hub), including workflows and reporting
Manage telephony systems configuration and user access
Oversee Google Workspace admin and security settings
Build and maintain Customer.io journeys and automations
Create dashboards and reporting across tools and teams
Ensure seamless integration and data flow between platforms
Support and train internal users across all systems
Ensure data compliance, quality, and security standards
Support special projects for Product and leadership teams
Continuously identify automation and efficiency opportunities
