OVERVIEW

Tekarsh is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to lead the transformation of their consumer and payment platforms. You’ll architect robust backend systems, migrate legacy infrastructure to cloud-native microservices, and drive engineering best practices. RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead the design and implementation of backend services for consumer and payment systems
Modernize legacy monoliths into cloud-native microservices
Contribute to frontend features where needed for full-stack delivery
Mentor junior engineers and lead code reviews
Ensure system reliability with testing, observability, and debugging
Own agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with product stakeholders
Continuously evaluate and implement emerging technologies

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Salary: 120000 BDT - 150000 BDT per month
