Fintech startup biniyog.io is hiring a Software Engineer (Flutter-focused) with a passion to bring a positive change in society. This is a full-time role.

biniyog.io is the first Shariah-certified fintech platform in Bangladesh that connects SMEs to regular people for collateral-free financing.

We are backed by reputed startup investors like Accelerating Asia and Sabr Capital.

In the past 4 years, we have processed BDT 950 million+ in Shariah-based financing through the platform. We’re now building the AI-powered financial backbone that will help underserved SMEs access capital and make smarter business decisions.

What we need:

- Proven 3+ years of industry experience in developing cross-platform Flutter apps

- Hands-on experience with complex API-driven, data-intensive, or real-time systems

- Passion for coding and problem-solving in general

- Taking ownership of your work – we are a small team and focused on a results-driven culture of trust

- Inclination towards Islamic finance

-> Having any of the following is a plus:

- Prior startup experience or founding engineer background

- Open source contributions
