OVERVIEW

Ontik Technology is seeking a Senior AI Engineer with in-depth expertise in machine learning, large language models, vector databases, and modern MLOps practices. This role combines technical leadership and hands-on development, with ownership over designing, deploying, and scaling production-grade AI systems while guiding the AI engineering direction.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI and ML systems
Build and lead the AI engineering team
Define best practices for data pipelines, ML workflows, and deployments
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to ship AI-powered features
Mentor junior engineers and support their technical growth
Drive architecture decisions for cloud-based and enterprise AI systems
