OVERVIEW

Ontik, a valued client of Airwork AI, is seeking a seasoned Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack) ready to step into a true technical leadership role. This is more than a coding position — it’s an opportunity to set engineering direction, own systems end-to-end, and help scale a fast-growing platform. You will be hands-on in architecture, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor team members while building scalable, production-grade systems that solve real-world problems.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead projects end-to-end from system design to production release
Design and build scalable, robust, and maintainable core systems
Drive architecture decisions and long-term technical strategy
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to ship impactful features
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers to elevate team performance
Monitor and reduce technical debt while ensuring system performance and reliability
Contribute across frontend and backend systems when needed
