Mangosteen.Studio is hiring a Growth Manager to own user acquisition and learning velocity across a portfolio of consumer and prosumer apps. This is not a "run ads and post content" role. You will decide what to test, what to ignore, and what to kill.

You’ll work directly with the founder, Yousuf Imran, and have true ownership over growth strategy, experimentation, positioning, and content execution. Resources are finite. Judgment matters more than activity.

This is a high-upside opportunity within an early-stage product studio with ambitious goals and strong financial backing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own user acquisition across multiple products, including Fades, Rescript, InvoiceAgent, Checklist, and BitcoinCanvas
Design and run growth experiments across paid, organic, partnerships, and content channels
Allocate limited budgets intelligently (initial experiments up to ~$40k)
Prioritize learning velocity over vanity metrics
Define clear success metrics and kill criteria before experiments launch
Track performance and communicate clear, decisive recommendations
Create or guide high-signal marketing assets, including carousels, one-pagers, decks, and app visuals
Refine positioning and messaging alongside the founder
Tailor content to specific channels and audience segments
Decide which products to prioritize and why
Apply insights across the portfolio without spreading efforts thin
Double down on signal; shut down weak channels quickly
