Role Overview

The Business Operations Executive & Key Account Manager is responsible for owning end-to-end client delivery, operational execution, recruitment lifecycle management, and strategic growth initiatives across international accounts (primarily UK and AU markets).

This is a cross-functional role operating at the intersection of:

The role requires structured execution, commercial awareness, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into operational systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client & Account Management

● Serve as the primary operational point of contact for assigned international clients

● Manage hiring pipelines across multiple roles (AI Ops, GTM, Sales, Customer Success, Data Analysts, etc.)

● Run structured screening frameworks aligned with client expectations (accent, sales ability, technical capability, culture fit)

● Conduct assessment calls and refine evaluation scripts

● Align compensation, employment structure, and contract appendices with client requirements

● Manage reassignments and transitions when client engagements shift

2. Recruitment & Talent Operations

● Design and implement structured screening call frameworks (with right/wrong answer matrices)

● Create assessment scripts for client-facing simulations

● Oversee recruiter coordination and enforce profile submission deadlines

● Conduct quality control on candidate submissions

● Develop structured hiring documentation (JDs, assignment briefs, evaluation scorecards)

● Support background verification processes for technical and operational roles

3. Operational Systems & Process Design

● Draft employment contracts and structured appendices (compensation tables, termination clauses, compliance terms)

● Align employment structures with Bangladesh labor law and international client standards

● Design operational workflows for hiring, onboarding, and client communication

● Develop talent sourcing databases

● Build structured templates (Google Sheets, Docs, standardized reporting formats)

● Improve internal documentation systems for repeatability and scale

4. Communication & Documentation Excellence

● Produce highly structured professional documents, including:

○ Job descriptions

○ Offer letters

○ Compensation appendices

○ Risk reports

○ Screening frameworks

○ Interview rubrics

● Maintain clear, client-ready formatting and executive presentation standards

● Translate complex operational needs into structured documentation

Performance Metrics

● Time-to-submit and time-to-hire

● Candidate quality alignment with client criteria

● Client retention and satisfaction

● Recruitment process efficiency

● Revenue impact per account

● Operational documentation accuracy and completeness

Salary & Benefits

● Remote in Bangladesh | Full-time

● Work hours: Flexible

● Salary range: BDT 30,000-40,000 per month

● 2 Eid Festive bonus (upon completion of probation period)
