About the Role

Ontik Technology is seeking a seasoned Analytics and Business Intelligence Lead to drive the strategy, design, and delivery of BI solutions for a US-based client. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of accountability for all reporting and analytics outputs, ensuring that data products are accurate, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business questions into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end analytics and BI strategy in alignment with client business goals.

• Lead the design and delivery of dashboards, data models, and reporting frameworks.

• Engage directly with business stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate findings, and prioritize analytics initiatives.

• Establish and enforce standards for data quality, governance, and documentation across the BI practice.

• Oversee and guide a team of BI developers and data engineers, providing technical direction and performance feedback.

• Translate complex datasets into clear, decision-ready insights for non-technical audiences.

• Identify gaps in current reporting capabilities and propose scalable solutions.

• Ensure all deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated experience leading BI initiatives from discovery through delivery.

• Strong proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.

• Solid understanding of data modeling, SQL, and modern data warehouse concepts.

• Experience working with US-based stakeholders and managing client-facing engagements.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and drive delivery in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

Contract Details

Working Timezone: USA

Salary Range: BDT 200,000 to 300,000 per month

Language Requirement: English fluency required
