Join Just Move In, a fast-growing UK-based proptech company, as a Sales Development Executive, helping people navigate the stressful process of moving home. You’ll play a crucial role in qualifying inbound leads, scheduling appointments, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This is a performance-driven role with a clear benchmark: during the 3-month probation period, you must consistently set 20 appointments per day to continue in the role.

The company offers 7-day-a-week onboarding training to help you ramp up quickly. However, failure to meet the daily benchmark during probation will lead to termination. This reflects the company’s focus on immediate productivity and results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Work through CRM and internal dialer systems to contact interested customers
Arrange and manage appointments for the sales team
Handle inbound customer calls and qualify leads
Build strong customer relationships to improve conversion and retention
Educate customers about Just Move In services during the booking process
Support sales specialists with appointment changes and coordination
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline activity

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

৳65,000 BDT per month
