About the Role

Blinto is looking for a hands-on Senior Product Engineer (Full-Stack) who can take meaningful ownership of software products, not just complete assigned development tickets.

You will work directly with the CEO and collaborate with developers, designers, QA, and delivery teams across Shopify apps, e-commerce technology, SaaS platforms, and AI-powered software products.

We are looking for someone who can understand a customer problem, evaluate what should be built, make sound technical decisions, guide implementation, ship the product, and continue improving it after launch.

This role combines software engineering, product thinking, technical leadership, and delivery ownership.

You should be equally comfortable discussing a product problem, designing an architecture, writing production code, reviewing a pull request, resolving a blocker, or analyzing what needs to improve after release.

At Blinto, we value engineers who care about customer value and measurable product outcomes, not just whether a feature was completed.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the CEO to turn customer problems, product ideas, and business opportunities into clear technical plans and development priorities.
Own the architecture, development, deployment, and ongoing improvement of assigned products across frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and integrations.
Guide developers by breaking down work, reviewing code, resolving technical blockers, and maintaining strong engineering and delivery standards.
Monitor product quality, reliability, security, and performance while using customer feedback, analytics, and product results to identify improvements.
Lead product-level technical planning, estimation, release readiness, and cross-functional coordination with design, QA, and delivery teams.

Who We Are Looking For

You may be a strong fit if you:

Think about the customer problem and business outcome before deciding what to build.
Can move confidently between product discussions, architecture decisions, hands-on coding, debugging, and team coordination.
Take ownership of a product after launch instead of considering the work finished when the code is deployed.
Can guide other developers while remaining hands-on with critical engineering work.
Communicate risks, trade-offs, technical decisions, and progress clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Want to help shape software products rather than simply implement specifications provided by someone else.

Experience & Knowledge

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong full-stack development fundamentals and experience shipping customer-facing production applications.
Strong practical experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript, frontend frameworks, backend services, APIs, databases, authentication, and third-party integrations.
Comfortable designing systems, debugging production issues, reviewing code, making engineering trade-offs, and maintaining reliable software in production.
Experience mentoring or coordinating developers and taking responsibility for technical planning, delivery quality, and release execution.
Familiarity with technologies such as React, Next.js, Node.js, NestJS, Python, PostgreSQL, MySQL, REST, GraphQL, Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, and cloud deployment.
Experience with SaaS products, Shopify apps, e-commerce platforms, subscriptions, or AI-powered software products will be considered a strong advantage.

Practical experience using AI-assisted engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot is also valuable, provided you can review and validate generated code for quality, maintainability, and security.

Shopify experience is an advantage, not a requirement. We care more about demonstrated product ownership and engineering judgment than a long list of frameworks.

What We Value

At Blinto, we look for engineers who:

Take responsibility for outcomes, not just assigned tasks.
Care about the product and customer, not only the codebase.
Prefer simple, maintainable systems over unnecessary complexity.
Raise risks and trade-offs early instead of allowing problems to become surprises.
Help other engineers improve through constructive feedback and mentorship.
Use data, customer feedback, and technical evidence when making decisions.
Stay curious about new technologies while applying them thoughtfully.
Want to build and improve products with Blinto over the long term.

What Success Looks Like in the First 90 Days

During your first three months, we expect you to:

Develop a strong understanding of Blinto's assigned products, customers, codebases, engineering team, and business goals.
Establish clear engineering priorities and maintain predictable communication with the CEO and relevant stakeholders.
Ship meaningful product improvements while identifying and reducing important technical risks.
Improve development quality, release confidence, or engineering efficiency where needed.
Build trust with the development team through effective technical guidance and mentorship.
Identify and propose measurable improvements to the products you are responsible for.

What We Offer

BDT 75,000–100,000 gross monthly salary, based on demonstrated experience and capability.
Two annual festival bonuses.
Subsidized breakfast and lunch.
Other benefits according to applicable Blinto policies.
Direct collaboration with the CEO.
Meaningful ownership of software products and engineering decisions.
Opportunity to work across Shopify, SaaS, e-commerce, and AI-driven products.
A learning-focused environment where strong engineers can take increasing ownership and leadership responsibility.
